You can even paint a rough outline onto the screen to make it look less like a scratch.
The paper towel technique is also great for removing old or damaged screens, especially if you want to use it for a professional-grade screen replacement.
Get a Sharp Knife or Paper Towels with Your Computer’s Built-In Pencil Scissors will be your best friend for this task.
They’re great for cutting small parts and also very easy to sharpen.
You don’t have to use a sharp blade, either, since it’s very easy for your fingers to grab onto the sharp edges.
Use a Sharp Pen to Cut Small Parts to Clean and Repair a Screen You can also use a small, sharp, metal-cutting knife or a sharp, paper towel to cut parts off of a screen.
This is especially useful for small parts like the screws, nuts, or bolts that can be removed and replaced by simply removing the parts.
The larger the parts, the better the repair will be. 4.
Use the Right Tool to Clean a Screen Screens can be cleaned by using a different type of product that has been specifically designed for this purpose.
We use the Teflon tape from the electronics industry, which is specially formulated to work on screens and other components.
Teflons are flexible, non-porous tapes that are easy to apply and take care of.
You won’t be able to see the repair marks, but they’ll still show up on the screen when it comes out of the machine.
Using a Brush to Clean Screen Parts A brush will clean the edges and any other small scratches that the screen may have caused.
It’s a little more expensive, but it’s the best way to clean a screen that you can’t see, so we recommend it if you have a computer with a touchscreen.
